- Freshmen applicants are required to take a standardized “High School Placement Test” (Scholastic Testing Service).

3. Interview- All incoming freshman must attend Freshman Interview Night, TBA
- Sophomore and Junior Applicants will have a personal interview with a school administrator or faculty member immediately after the transfer student placement exam.
4. Request for Transcripts- Please Deliver the form directly to the student’s current school.
- A transcript of grades and copies of standardized testing for the past two grades, as well as immunization records, will be needed for the application process.
- Transcripts and records are to be mailed from the current school. MDCHS will not accept transcripts submitted by the parent or student.
5. Letter of Recommendation- All applicants must obtain a letter of recommendation from either a school administrator, teacher, or pastor.
