FACTS Family Portal

Mater Dei Catholic has begun integrating its FACTS Tuition Management System and the FACTS Student Information System (SIS) into the FACTS Family Portal. This serves as the central hub for Parents/Guardians to access student information such as course selections, report cards, health records, and much more.

In the meantime, our priority is for you to be able to access your FACTS Family Portal account and familiarize yourself with the navigation as well as access your FACTS Tuition Management page. As we move forward, we will continue to roll out features throughout the year. You will be notified when these new features become available.

NOTE: You must create your FACTS Family Portal account by 3/3/2023 to:

  • Retain access to FACTS Management System where you can manage your child’s tuition information.
  • Ensure your Family Portal account is active as registration opens March 6th through the Family Portal.
  • Student course selections will be completed through the Family Portal – Communication to follow regarding the course selection process in March.

FACTS Account Creation

Create your FACTS Family Portal Account now:

  • Please go to the website https://www.factsmgt.com/
  • Click on “Family Log In” at the top, then “FACTS Family Portal”
  • If you already have an account, enter district code, username, and password and click Login
  • Create New Family Portal Account if you have not set this up yet
  • Enter the email address that you have on file at Mater Dei Catholic, and our District Code

Our District Code is MDCHS-CA

  • You will receive an email from SIS Customer Support containing a link that will allow you to create your username and password. For security purposes the link will remain active for six hours.
  • Please click on the link. A Change/Create Password screen will open. You may use the default username provided or create a new username. Then type in your desired password into the Password field and Confirm Field
  • Click on the Save Username and/or Password button
  • Close the window.
  • Log into FACTS Family Portal as instructed above
